We need your help.  As you know, costs are rising for everything.  One area where we can cut our mailing cost is with electronic distribution of the Union Spotlight.  The more people that get the Spotlight electronically, the less we spend in postage.  And with the increases in postage, this is one small way we can cut costs and serve the membership better.
